During our two-night stay, we had a fantastic experience thanks to Anna at the front desk who truly elevated our visit. The gym and pool were pristine, though we didn't get to use them. Don’t miss out on the bar – Nancy, Trina, and Dani serve incredible cocktails!

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, and we even got to enjoy some great food from the hotel restaurant. Plus, we had a lively night at Cassidy's nightclub, which was so fun! The staff was super friendly and really made us feel at home.

Nevertheless, the friendly shuttle service was a nice touch and helped balance the drawbacks.

The breakfast at the hotel was a pure delight, with friendly ladies making mornings feel like brunch at your favorite auntie's. Plus, the room was decent size and included a fridge and micro!

i had a pleasant stay at radisson. the king room was clean and well-kept, which made it feel inviting. the bed was super comfortable, perfect for unwinding after the day. the location is great, especially being close to the bar where nancy, a true cocktail expert, works. her recommendations were spot on! also loved the oversized whirlpool to relax in.

The hotel neighborhood feels a bit sketchy, with a club attached to the lobby creating an odd atmosphere. Room comfort leaves something to be desired—the beds prove to be uncomfortable, and the noise from the club can be disruptive at night. Showering is problematic. water tends to flood the bathroom floor. Outdated facilities are apparent, with minor maintenance issues like an underwhelming mini fridge that leaks and missing items like lamps and an iron. Moreover, my room's cleanliness at check-in fell short of expectations, needing immediate attention.

The customer service was 🔥! Vicki really made us feel welcome and helped with everything. However, the elevator accessibility was a bit lacking, especially for seniors.
